Entry level VAs have the skills to perform various administrative tasks. All are college graduates with good English communication and computer skills. With supervision and additional training, they are fully capable of handling assigned tasks

Intermediate Level

2 - 8 YeaRs of Experience
Intermediate level VAs have broader knowledge of administrative functions and have been exposed to several aspects of running a businesses. Many have direct experience working under Fortune 500s or western startups in previous roles.

Advanced Level

8+ YEars of experience
Advanced Level VAs have detailed knowledge of business management. They know how various marketplaces work and are skilled in many business tools and apps. They are highly efficient, independent workers.

Where are the Virtual Talent based?

Our talent comes from all across the world. However, a majority of our Virtual Talent (VT) is based in the Philippines with the sole reason that Filipinos have high regard for being excellent virtual workers. Filipinos have a great grasp of the English language and possess the work ethic that is sought out by many businesses.

Can the Virtual Talent work during my preferred hours?

Our Virtual Talent are flexible in terms of work hours. Many of our VTs work overnight shifts to adjust with US time zones. Our team will work with your team to discuss what makes sense for your business and pricing options.

What are your hourly rates?

Our hourly rates range depending on job role, experience level, # of hours committed per week, day/night shift, etc. We're confident our rates will be a fraction of what a domestic worker will be. We can offer specific ranges in pricing once we have a better understanding of what you're looking for in our complimentary consulting call.

How are payments handled?

Once talent is confirmed to be onboarded to your team, VTA sends an invoice on a bi-weekly basis along with a one-week deposit used towards VT's last week of employment if/when you decide to terminate the agreement. No hidden or additional fees.
