Where are the Virtual Talents based?
Our talent comes from all across the world. However, a majority of our Virtual Talent (VT) is based in the Philippines with the sole reason that Filipinos have high regard for being excellent virtual workers. Filipinos have a great grasp of the English language and possess the work ethic that is sought out by many businesses.
Can the Virtual Talent work during my preferred hours?
Our Virtual Talent are flexible in terms of work hours. Many of our VTs work overnight shifts to adjust with US time zones. Our team will work with your team to discuss what makes sense for your business and pricing options.
What are your hourly rates?
Our hourly rates range depending on job role, experience level, # of hours committed per week, day/night shift, etc. We're confident our rates will be a fraction of what a domestic worker will be. We offer free quotes once we get a better understanding of what you're looking for once you submit a form via the "Get Started" page.
Employment
How much of a commitment is this?
Payments are structured biweekly (every two weeks). If you believe your VA is not a good fit for your team, our team will help you find a replacement without additional fees or you can choose to terminate the agreement at the end of every biweekly cycle.
How are breaks distributed during shifts work?
A part-time VA is entitled to one 15-minute break per shift. A full-time VA is entitled to two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch break per shift. All breaks are paid and included in the biweekly invoice.
Which holidays do you observe?
VTA observes the following seven mandatory holidays; New Year’s Eve (12/31), New Year’s Day(1/1), Christmas Eve Day(12/24), Christmas Day(12/25), Maundy Thursday (4/1), Good Friday (4/2), PH Independence Day (6/12) . Clients may elect to have VAs work on holidays at 2x normal rate if both parties agree.

What about paid time off?
VAs earn one personal paid time off (PTO) every 30 days. This amounts to 12 PTO days per year which can be used anytime (separately or grouped together) during the calendar year. VAs are required to inform client of intended use of PTO days at least 2 weeks in advance.
What if I need the VA to work overtime hours during the week?
Should you require VAs to work overtime (OT) hours outside of the agreed weekly schedule, you will be charged for those hours at 1.5 times the normal hourly rate. OT payments will be added to the next biweekly payment.
What does my relationship with VTA look like once a VA is onboarded?
Our agency strives to make sure both client and VAs do well in this ongoing relationship. We do this by providing support to both sides. For our clients, we help with payment processing (foreign transaction fees/exchange rates are included in hourly rate), monthly evaluation reports (summary of VA's hours, insights, recommendations, achievements, struggles, etc. for that month), VA replacement (in case of turnover or fit issues), and future VA recruitment once your team grows. Our goal is to grow with our clients!
What does my VA's relationship with VTA look like once a VA is onboarded?
VAs are VTA's main priority. Our team has monthly 1:1 meetings with each VA to discuss career goals, struggles they are working through, and any issues/concerns VAs are going through. If your VA is part-time and looking for more work, we help find it for them. Our team also has reoccurring activities for VAs to interact socially and professionally.
What if I am a young starting entrepreneur looking for every way to minimize cost as I embark on this scary journey?
